The GTPEX® pipe, with its excellent resistance to abrasion and chemical agents, is an ideal conduit for a wide range of industrial applications. Many conventional pipes are inappropriate in such conditions due to the abrasion caused by chemicals with solids and liquid mix or because of their inherent vulnerability to chemical aggression from solutions and acids.
In particular cases for some specialty projects based on large volume our pipes may be designed for pressures of up to 24 Bars (348 PSI), but in most plumbing applications for potable water and radiant heating systems our pipes comply with industry standards and fall within design pressure range of 100psi (0.69Mpa) at 180℉ (82℃) and 160psi (1.1Mpa) At 73℉ (23℃) and for temperatures of up to 203 °F (95 °C), but can also withstand temperature surges of up to 230 °F (110 °C).
The production of GTPEX® and GTPEX-R® pipes is strictly supervised by NSF, ASTM, CSA and other international institutes. Our PEX pipes also carry the ISO certificate for strict requirements of quality and safety. GTPEX® pipes are marketed worldwide.
